@YouTube I uploaded a video a month ago and it was playing at 1080 p. now it doesnt play on the app it gives me a error message and when it does play it's only at 360 p. how do I fix that

We've checked the video from our end and confirm that it plays in 1080p on the app. Try uninstalling the app updates, restarting the device and reinstalling the app updates to check if that makes any difference? Keep us posted.

I deleted the app and disabled it on my phone, when i re downloaded it, it still gives me the same problem. it plays for likeb10 seconds in 360p then it gives me this error messagepic.twitter.com/WWPm7gsZya

its still not working on my app and it also doesnt play on other peoples app. I would appreciate if you guys fixed the issue. it play for 15 seconds then stop
