Oh also. Beta testers told them about the problems. They're calling their beta testers - who were not all volunteers, because some got out in to the pool without volunteering - they are calling all their beta testers who told them about the problems liars, too.

Oh also? I reported bugs in June, right after the launch. I did not receive a response about those. Nor did I hear anything about the very first survey they posted, which was linked to my Rav name and I did complete. But I got this.

And yes, they were responding individually to bug reports. Someone who uses the Silk browser and reported a bug got a response.

Here is more: So far, it seems that not everyone who emailed them feedback about the joke of a "readability survey" got a response. I was also definitely not the first to email them; I sent it in days after the survey opened. The content of the responses is not identical.
