Open your heart and let the love flow out. This does not mean to let the love flow outside of your body. This means letting the love flow out of your heart to other parts of your body.

The distinction is important because if you pour your heart energy outside of your body before filling yourself up with love you'll become dry.

Pour the energy into other parts of your body. When your body becomes whole with love you can radiate love and send others love without exhausting your internal resources.
