You've seen movies where an English speaker cast a spell in a different language. That’s because if translated to English it wouldn’t work.

People also do this every day without realizing. English speakers are taught phrases like Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo, Sat Nam and Namaste during their yoga practice. We don't translate these mantras to English because they would not have the same power.
