Many occultists say some languages are more powerful phonetically. Occultists who have this belief give English a low grade and say it is full of self sabotaging spells.

People also do this every day without realizing. English speakers are taught phrases like Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo, Sat Nam and Namaste during their yoga practice. We don't translate these mantras to English because they would not have the same power.
