During meditation allow your mind to rest in the core of any physical tension you feel, eventually the physical tension will dissolve and you’ll have a deeper relationship with your body. This might take weeks, months or years to master. Do what you can handle and don’t force it.

This really resonates with me, as I’ve recently suffered a rib injury & meditation has helped me kind of breathe through (with much tenderness) the pain, as there is nothing else to do other than rest, for it to heal. Thank you for posting.
