If you’re struggling to be consistent with yoga, meditation or exercise just do a little each day and after a while you’ll develop a love for it. When you develop a love for it you will no longer need to motivate yourself to do it. After a while not doing it feels strange.

I love it & now yoga and stretching doesn’t necessarily “hurt” anymore but the way I perceive pain during that period is more beneficial now
