  4. The customer service accounts on twitter are way better than those on the phone. I suspect due to less traffic in turn due to twitter having higher friction than phone is a good example of great customer service on Twitter Thank you 🙏

  5. I like this but I’ll use different words. Focus is severely underrated even after u account for it being underrated. I’ll call this more like do one thing but stack it so that you have multiple ways to win. That way even if it fails you still come out ahead

  7. the internet banking website doesn’t have an equivalent service and i tried service search using keywords “credit”, “waiver”, “fee”. Can you reduce such dark patterns please? I am a customer of your credit cards > 10 yrs.
