No they don’t. They’re not going to be around a lot longer anyway. Who cares if the state has half a trillion of unfunded liabilities, a highly unstable financial structure and has hemorrhaged its middle class to the rest of the US bc of housing costs?

Already is. Retirement communities are often built without school fee contributions, but in reality, schools should be built by all citizens, not just those creating housing.
