Both dimensions are shocking -- the window is so high up. For BMR purchase (not rental): "Income eligibility differs between properties, but generally, it's 100% AMI. (For 2017, 100% AMI for one person is $6725 per month.) It can range from 80%-120% AMI."

the entire program doesn't make sense to me. does anyone else in the world have means-tested subsidized housing for sell? we barely have it.
