Thanks. I want to be clear. I am for more housing being built. I’m for more affordable housing. I would have HUD invest billions in grants incentivizing municipalities to do that. We shouldn’t make SB 827, with its merits and demerits, a litmus test on NIMBYism.

I am engaging! My sense from
