I follow your work on housing, but reading this piece I thought the community reasons had some substance. How would you suggest cities manage the growth wrt the current services infrastructure? (Schools/Hospitals/Etc?)

New services could be planned at the same time as new housing. Part of the problem there is people have said no for so long that everything is out of whack
