I'm curious how Sand Hill is managing to get to 50% affordable (1,200 units). I keep hearing how there are insufficient financial incentives for developers to build that much affordable housing. Is this a one-off, or can it be done in other places?

Yes but the general plan allows housing at 35 units/acre. And in CA general plan trumps zoning
