Yup, the corporations are the problem, not housing. These jobs, and tens of thousands of earlier ones, should have been placed in satellite offices in cities that are not yet growth constrained.

@PlnCom_Richards said at yesterday's hearing that he supports an "Act 2" overlay that could boost more housing in Central SoMa. Also most of the big sites are controlled by office developers (Kilroy, Boston, Alexandria), which is an obstacle for finding sites to build housing.
