The politics certainly don’t disappear. The hope though is that a systems-approach would better model what neighbors are looking for in their neighborhood, rather than today’s FAR ratios or parking requirements.

think of a better name than "algorithmic zoning" though. That shit is hella scary for most constituents. Who defines the targets? The metrics? How are the metrics collected? How are they published/disseminated? Which bodies discuss them?
