I don’t disagree for a second. I just know the law I have to follow and do so. I think we have some mutual friends in Sac who could find out
. Needs to obviously come with extra $$ too. Shelter is also just a short-term fix. -
What it sounds like is we need to see what a change to state law would look like & a model bills to change the law and implement the new.
