I mean I post about it every single day, lol. But I honestly don’t think the older generation which bought in a long time ago, has capped property tax rates and low or full paid off mortgages will ever get it.

I've been following the home sales since MID was capped in November and it's pretty remarkable that home prices seems stable even though people are effectively having to pay like $2K more per month without the same level of interest deduction.
