$425 per person/month how on earth? I buy almost all produce at farmers market for household of 1 and spend maybe $100 per month. Maybe with lots of fresh fish, fancy baked goods, sausages and cheese?

Palo Alto land owners seem extremely class aware to me. They consistently reject the large windfalls they could individually get from allowing more intensive land use in favor of rules that keep SFHs affordable to mere multi-millionaires like themselves that haven't bought in yet
