They can’t legally do that. The CA Court system has never sided with them since 1955 Allen v Long Beach, which established the “California Rule”

Sorry, realize you were referring to pensions, not prop 13 being rescinded for commercial. Yes that pensions rule is a major obstacle to solving the unfunded benefits crisis.
