Tell them to stop exporting 90% of Bay Area based Apple workers to housing in other cities. If Apple foots >30% of that city's budget and they approve 14K-employee corporate campuses, It's their responsibility to house more of those employees.

How much money is it when the 30 homes that go up for sale per month down there require a 10K+/month mortgage after 20% down? How many two-parent households do you know who can do $10K in housing payments a month?

What a ridiculous survey! Why not ask residents if they would like a ski resort at Vallco? it makes about as much economic sense as a 20th century shopping mall.
