I agree upzoning near rail stops makes lots of sense. It even makes sense on bus lines with 7 minute intervals. Not so sure about 15 minute intervals.

The grossest thing is that these anti-density NIMBYs actually think they are progressives because they want to harm real estate developers. In reality, being anti-density is deeply regressive in a housing shortage.
