Eh, I was trying to show the map, not the rendering. Click through and look at the map. These are currently mostly zoned R2. We need infill, not high-rises. Condo investment properties aren't "homes." The things that would get torn down are.

These aren’t high rises. It’s incentivizing missing middle housing that still fits a woodframe construction method.
