actually I think Wiener's housing policy including this bill is indicative of his congenital agnosticism toward race or class issues beyond "a rising tide lifts all boats" pablum, in which he cannot stick it to exclusionary areas without also burning the gentrified

I think we're generally pro-more tenant protections across the state, but frustrated that traditional tenant organizations are often against more housing production considering that there are 500,000 births per year in this state.
