Also, in my last emergency preparedness training class, they warned us a major Hayward fault rupture could sever water lines to parts of the Bay Area for weeks to months. Make sure you have at least a week’s worth of water stored!

Serious q: where do you store the stuff in your place? I’ve spent some time thinking about strategic location but it’s hard to game out scenarios. Kitchen cabinet right by the door? Upstairs bathroom closest to our bedroom? These are the things I worry about
