There are hardly any buildings taller than 3 stories, is nuts, this is in San Fran, Berkeley, near Bart stations anywhere you drive, sure, there's some six story apt complexes but there just isn't any density at all

There FOUR other professional couples on their parents street living with their parents 4!!! On the same street!!! They probably have a HH over $150k and are living with their parents

What about even more normal people that don’t have parents to move in with in SF. Those families you met are all going to inherit multi million dollar houses while regular people can’t even buy a starter home

In reality? They’ll have to commute farther, leave the region, hope for a lottery ticket in the form of a stock sale or a literal housing lottery, hang on tight to a rent-controlled apartment, etc.
