Silicon Valley school districts are dealing with closures, enrollment declines bc boomers are aging in place, using the family-sized housing stock while nothing new is being built. And young families with children can't afford it. http://abc7news.com/education/oak-grove-school-district-debates-closing-schools-in-san-jose-/2718008/ …http://cupertinotoday.com/2017/12/05/2474/ …

So, can I get my children through school before you push me out?

This isn’t an argument about pushing people out. The reality is it’s uneconomical to build family-sized housing given availability of land, costs. There’s effectively a wall keeping new families out.
