I don’t think boomers should be pushed out. Either Prop 13 should be modified or opposition to new dense housing needs to change. Neither seems to happen.

Same. Totally agree. But I follow these Nextdoor threads online and they’re totally oblivious. Like oh these kids are having kids later. Or these kids like living 10 roommates to a whatever.
