I don't think the Airbnb regulations are draconian. They have taken several years to hash them out. I also don't think the Chariot founder would say that the city was necessarily bad either. They're the only ones alive bc they worked w/ the city.

it’s as if we have two worlds in SF - Innovation central circa 2025 and Luddite government circa 2005. They speak completely different languages and neither understands the other exists and the benefits that could arise from having an actual conversation.
