If they weren't stupid, they used their coffee, nails, and TV money to buy a Bush crash repo house at 3.25 fixed. That's what the 20-30 somethings in my extended family did. That's what I did. It's cyclical.

It's not. Since 1970's housing prices have consistently increased. 2008 was a small dip in the bay.
