They all intersect with each other..... the tax deduction on the median home for an upper middle class homeowner that is paid for by the federal government is essentially same as the per capita spending on street homelessness borne by the city governments

They do intersect but they're essentially small tweaks to the root problem of incredible demand and artificial caps on supply. If I waved a magic wand and made you planning czar for the Bay with total control over what got built, you'd reduce homelessness by 1/2 in a year
