Yes but this specific legislation is driven by the Senate not the Trumpsters. And is designed to aggravate Democrats. So if they whine, it will be more likely to stay.

Google, FB, and Amazon employees will still be exposed to taxes for vested RSU’s. How exactly does this help employees? I agree it screws over startups more but wouldn’t frame this as a positive for anybody.
