I called Senator Dianne Feinstein's office today to express my concerns about the Senate Tax Reform Bill. Her assistant picked up within 30 seconds and we had a thoughtful conversation. Beliefs aside, this is how politics should work.

not true. When we yelled at Dianne about Caltrain electrification federal funding, she awakened, and then brokered some deals to get it done.

Yes but this specific legislation is driven by the Senate not the Trumpsters. And is designed to aggravate Democrats. So if they whine, it will be more likely to stay.
