I mean, I'd actually love to see the rest of the Bay Area become more urban & transit-oriented. But the current system is dysfunctional.

You're so right - SJ shouldn't want thousands of high paying jobs. The city should raise taxes instead. SMH.

I would love if they would house those 50K+ people and had a sustainable way of financing it. CA is not structured like that right now.

Agreed. Can we get 50k tech jobs into a swing state? Feel like SJ is a long shot given labor costs anyway.

I also think they're going to want to go to a new coast. San Jose's gotta bid, but I think it will be more midwest or southern.
