They're very related though. Education funded through tax (often prop. tax). Lower prop. taxes also get priced into higher RE values.

Adjunct professors ARE low-income workers. They get paid shit wages with no benefits for shit work.

My wife was a prof but quit because the working hours were awful, professionalism was nonexistent, and the pay was $30k/year. No thanks.
