Margaret Atwood (b. 1939) is not a Boomer. “Greatest Generation” passed Prop 13 and elected Reagan. Not that facts matter anymore.

Aren't condos usually a terrible value prop compared to SFRs, since HOA fees are non-deductible?

Losing that tax deduction over 20-30 yrs could widen wealth gap. Not sure. I'm sure Kim Mai or Richard Florida must've written about this.

I wish more condo rooftops were used for micro-farmers' markets. Condo dwellers here hate running errands, grocery shopping.
