In fairness SJ, wants and has zoned for office near downtown SJ Caltrain, but looks like the market isn't interested

Also confused that many Yimbys push for housing by transit when in actuality office by transit is more effective.
-
B/c for many cities the ratio of jobs to housing is already way too high. More offices should be near transit, but this doesn't help housing

Yep. It's all office parks. And it's not even the bus time in some cases. Are you including waiting time from train <-> shuttle?

#Caltrain doesn't have sufficient capacity anyway. Everyone complains about the shuttles, but they are a reasonable mass transit for many. -
It doesn't now. Here's SPUR's plan for increasing capacity and serving the region betterhttp://www.spur.org/publications/spur-report/2017-02-23/caltrain-corridor-vision-plan …

Can public transit be routed to serve the major tech campuses?
-
Why would it be preferable to use public resources to duplicate the shuttles that these companies currently voluntarily pay for themselves?
