I think I've seen one before. They would generally grow in tandem but this mostly reflects that CA property values have
risen dramatically. Also the city share is diff than state share, which is mostly routed back out to K-12.
I guess my question is whether the net effect of lower rate & higher prices means revenue growth was not impacted.
