Right now, we're quickly killing off much of what made SF desirable, & a Mecca for various things. A creative force.

But those are home owners. What we get instead are Mission renters forced out to make way for developer profits.

why are new units expensive in the Mission? Because 1) the land, labor to build them are expensive and 2) look at existing units

if a person is willing to pay $2M+ for a 3 BR in the Mission, anybody with land to sell to a developer will charge the highest
