@kimmaicutler Kinda. A rough model I did on rents & cumulative deficit indicated each unit of cumulative deficit raises marginal rent $.10. -
@kimmaicutler i imagine the opposite would be true. Add 10,000 marginal units over new influx, and you avoid a rise of $1k or so.
