Air pollution episodes tend to build on themselves even w/ reduced fire activity on the major complexes, over time we should see gradually improving conditions, assuming we have onshore wind (deeper marine air helps) at times and breaks from strong high pressure

That said we really haven’t had fires of this size burning on all corners of the Bay Area... so I’m not sure there’s a recent episode we can compare this to. North Bay fires were probably the closest?
