Lol, I literally created a website with detailed policy solutions called http://fixhomelessness.org and just today published a federal policy paper for Heritage: https://www.heritage.org/housing/report/the-housing-first-approach-has-failed-time-reform-federal-policy-and-make-it-work …. so we're supposed to address people's lack of housing by first making them overcome substance & mental health issues while continuing to live on the streets without a reliable place to sleep or put their belongings? How does this reduce the tents? https://www.heritage.org/housing/report/the-housing-first-approach-has-failed-time-reform-federal-policy-and-make-it-work …pic.twitter.com/Ql3koVtG9K

Lol, Cutler claimed "you believe X!" when the *next sentence* in my paper that she cites clearly states "I do not believe X." Cutler is dishonest, lazy, or (most likely) both. Is that better, Jeremy?
