True, but I think if Apple had applied pressure they would have gotten more of what they wanted. They also could have gone to Hayward. They could have gone anywhere!

yeah the point is that "what they wanted" didn't align with any environmental goals, they just wanted a big commuter office park in historic Silicon Valley because reasons
