That’s normally, historically what’s happened but since they have a reservoir of hotel rooms now that would otherwise be unavailable, they’ve actually been able to make hundreds of placements

Placed in hotels or sanctioned encampments that have mandatory social distancing. Even COH, which is pretty much always unhappy with the dept, did not seem upset on the calls last week.

There's ~40 more tents in the area between 6-8 and mission-harrison than there were a month ago though... any count that isn't city wide is suspiscious (and that's just on the path of my daily walk)
