@Caltrain would know less about this than the@sfbos clerk, who is very knowledgable about Board procedure. I'm under the impression that this effort would need lifting from Board President@NormanYeeSF in order to make it onto the ballot before one of these deadlinespic.twitter.com/EZCzTv3RG2

Certain rules would have to be waived, and the proposal would have to be fast-tracked etc I'm not going to pretend I understand the intimate nature of the Board of Supervisors' many procedural rules, but
@NormanYeeSF must get involved at this point if@Caltrain is to survive
