I am increasingly disappointed in the lack of rational, analytical media options. Just set up a recurring donation to Quillette. As far as I can tell, it is the last bastion of reason in a sea of madness.Http://quillette.com

Literally half of NY Times Opinion right now is pieces about race as well, doesn’t this just reflect current events?
-
NYT front page is mostly coronavirus today. I count 5 out of 29 pieces being about race on NYT opinion on mobile this morning. Not non-trivial but not half. Lots of other stuff on there about the virus, John Roberts, sports, stock prices.

@kimmaicutler@justinkan countering identity politics != identity politicsThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@kimmaicutler 1/“Cancel culture is a projection” again. Nothing you wrote really counters in detail the cases listed, you deflect every time this comes up. Everyone should check their dogmatism, but Robin DiAngelo-type hyper focus on identity politics is changing discourse -
2/ to a reductive level & is definitely changing liberalism in my progressive circles.
@ztsamudzi’s atrocious meme of@thomaschattwill is an example one can ponder. Your discomfort criticizing the left’s excesses while fighting the right is understandable. Not exclusive to me.
