SF & Berkeley are hovering around 1–2% positive. Alameda County: 3.5% Meanwhile, San Joaquin, Merced & Tulare Co's: 9–10% over the past 14 days. Where are those folks who were telling us that it was all about density? (I posted a new tweet b/c my first had a factual error.)

Exactly backwards too. You want a consistently falling rate of positives as tests become more available. At first you test only the really sick. Eventually you test a lot of the “probably not even carrying COVID”
