IMO the biggest obstacle in remote work is the divide between those in the office and those that are remote. With partial remote, the remote people are second-class citizens. When a majority of the company is remote, it can work very well.

To be honest, i don’t like most of these policies. It’s going to work too well for the company and not well enough for the employees (in the end). It will lead to lower compensation.
