Honestly the one thing that can not be argued is the commute. It doesn’t add value to our lives and it should be more manageable. Especially in Bay Area

Tbh, could get a lot worse bc our systems actually have higher fare box recovery ratios than other parts of the country & are more financially self-sustaining, therefore they see higher revenue shortfalls in an environment like this.

Like a lot of people in their 30s/40s are like... people are gonna leave cities! And I'm like people in their 30s/40s are always leaving cities in America because we don't build for families in urban environments.
