Exactly the Same. What a world. That twitter list has been a life saver. Everyone thought I was crazy.

When I bought two boxes of N95 masks at Home Depot, the clerk said, "how many rooms you all painting????" I thought for sure I was serving virus-prepper vibes but apparently I came off Fixer Upper?? Remember February???

Yep, pharmacist thought I was weird for buying 3 hand sanitizers in mid-February (it was already sold out online and somewhat in box stores so there were still others farther ahead, tho might have mostly been re-sellers).

Was it Twitter that clued us all in so early? My first memo to myself about it was January 28. 5578 cases in Wuhan. Was it Li Wenliang’s arrest that helped us pay attention?

Twitter for me. The arrest was a blip on the entire experience. Important but that wasn’t what called my attention. All the epi folks being freaked out caused me to pay attention.

It was around Jan. 23, when Wuhan got locked down that I started making my is and really paying attention super closely.
