And that's from a 2012 version of the ACS report? Terner Ctr paper mentions a 2015 report (http://ternercenter.berkeley.edu/uploads/CR_Final_2.3.19.pdf …). Are these reports/estimates produced regularly?
Not sure. Not as large a discrepancy between the 2012 and 2015 estimates as one might expect, tho..
